Head of Growth

We are looking for an out-of-the box thinking Head of Growth. Someone that lives and loves the cutting edge of growth marketing and marketing automation but understands and thrives on building a connection with our users through brand and user experience. You are a highly strategic thinker who'll collaborate closely with lead generation, partners & inside sales teams. You'll be responsible for scaling our Product-Led-Growth strategies, helping define the correct customer profiles, the customization of the user journey, and leading our data-centric organic growth through SEO, Content Marketing/Inbound Marketing, and creating other solutions to continuously attract new customers and build on our value proposition. You will report to our CMO/Marketing Director, and will work closely with our broader leadership team across all areas of Olist.

• Develop, implement, and iterate on the full lifecycle journey of our B2B customers;
• Develop/own/execute strategic initiatives quickly, leading and being accountable for inbound, content marketing, activation lifecycle, organic growth roadmap (new products or referral programs), value proposition, strategic brand positioning;
• Coach and develop a rockstar team;
• Work with our analytics team to set strategic KPIs while executing robust optimization and A/B testing roadmaps;

• You have outstanding storytelling skills; you create inspiring and compelling narratives across different channels and different personas;
• You are highly analytical - comfortable with data and analytics, and you can clearly communicate your results and ideas;
• You are a self-starter, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals, prioritize your work and execute efficiently and predictably;
• You have had success developing, refining and communicating a brand;
